PL 200 GP
Oil based plunger lubricant
PL200GP is graphite, black liquid color plunger lubricant, and it has an adequate viscosity for automatic application. It’s suitable for high pressure die casting machine above 800 Ton.
PL200GP provides a heat resistive protective film on all moving parts operating at high temperature, and permits operation of the injection system at maximum efficiency.

Appearance: Black Liquid
Density (25 °C): 0.880- 1.12
Viscosity (25°C): 4000-5500 cSt.
Use
- PL200GP is generally used in automatic lubricators.
- When using in an automatic lubricator, remove the cap and insert the intake pipe.
- If an exclusive container is used for the system, be careful when you replenish the container with the lubricant not to mix in dust or other foreign materials, which might later become a serious problem.
Storage
Products should be stored on their sides in a clean, dry place and protected from extremes of sunlight and temperature.
Health and Safety
Under normal conditions of use is not known to offer any serious health hazard.
We would however, recommend good standards of industrial hygiene are observed when handling this product.
