FLUX-AL is a unique blend of tyypically inorganic compounds designed for cleaning, grain refining or chemistry modification of molten aluminium alloy and other purposes. Flux raw material quality, form, and production technique can affect production efficiency and finished product quality. A flux recipe varies depending on its purpose and process variables, such as the composition of alloy and temperayure. This flux can be used for general aluminium.

PERFORMANCE BENEFITS
Apply our flux on the surface of molten aluminium where it melts, forming a continuous layer that protects the liquid metal from oxidation and absorbtion of atmospheric hydrogen. The flux also improves cleaning ability.

USE METHOD
1. Speads FLUX-ALL over the surface, UUsing 0.1-0.3% of total weight metal.
2. Let it stay for serveral moments, then mix it into the metal using tool.
3. Wait several minutes
4. Skim the dross

STORAGE
Keep in room temperature. Avoid the moist. Shelf life is 2 year

Extenguish Agent: No flammability Protection for one extenguishing, according to situation, wear protective equipment (respiratory protection, chemical protective suit, gloves, glasses, mask etc.) Avoid aspiration or direct contact relevant substances.
